At Events by Olivet (EBO), we take pride in providing high-quality rental items and ensuring each order is carefully prepared prior to delivery or pickup.

Condition Upon Delivery

• All items are inspected before delivery to ensure they are in excellent condition.

• If any items are received damaged or not in acceptable condition, this must be reported at the time of delivery or within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt. We will work promptly to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or appropriate adjustments.

Client Pickup Responsibility

• For all client pickups, items must be inspected before leaving the premises.

• By accepting and removing the items, the client acknowledges that all items are in good condition.

• Events by Olivet is not responsible for any damages reported after pickup.

Damage During Event

• Clients are fully responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until items are returned.

• Any items that are damaged, lost, or not returned will be subject to replacement or repair fees, based on the value of the item.

Security Deposit

A valid credit card will be kept on file, and/or a security deposit may be required for all rental orders.

This will be used only in the event of:

• Damaged items

• Missing items

• Late returns

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for items that are damaged during the event or after pickup.

Any approved refunds or adjustments are at the discretion of Events by Olivet and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery and pickup options are available based on distance and event location.
